With parting boats happens the bisharjan and its time for Maa Durga to bid goodbye to all of us.

One of ten weapons of Durga have come to the shore and got stuck in the muds. Nostalgic moment, it marks the end of another year of festivals.
After the immersion, there is suddenly a blank feeling for sometime...
But life moves on, one of the member of the family is collecting the river water (which is consider holy by all the households) in the puja ghat and getting ready to be back.

This is a very common scene. During the immersion ceremony kids always have their eyes on the symbolic weapons of Durga, Saraswati, Laxmi, Karthik and Ganesh. They always try to collect at least of the many symbolic weapons of this gods / goddesses
After the immersion everybody has returned home and the taki ghat is looking empty.
But the wait was not long, Another club has arrived to start their immersion ceremony (bisharjan jatra).
